Meet Patrick Toole.

As a partner at Kirchoff & Jewel, Patrick V. Toole is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate complex legal matters with practical guidance and trusted legal counsel. A Vincennes native, Patrick combines a strong business background with legal experience to provide thoughtful, client-focused representation throughout Southern Indiana and Indianapolis.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business before receiving his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. After several years of practice in Indianapolis, he returned to his hometown to help expand Kirchoff & Jewel’s presence while continuing to serve clients across Indiana.

Patrick’s practice focuses on trust and estate planning and administration, elder law and Medicaid planning, guardianships, business law, real estate transactions, and civil litigation. Whether helping clients protect their legacy, plan for long-term care, or navigate complex business and legal matters, Patrick is committed to providing strategic counsel tailored to each client’s unique goals. He is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Illinois.

Outside the office, Patrick remains actively involved in the community as a board member of the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis and a member of the Penrod Society, Harmony Society, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He and his wife, Emma, reside in the Indianapolis area. In his free time, Patrick enjoys golfing, supporting community organizations, and cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Indianapolis Colts.
