Meet Cole Kirchoff.

As a partner at Kirchoff & Jewel, Cole Kirchoff is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal matters with practical solutions and personalized guidance. A Vincennes native, Cole combines deep local roots with a strong academic foundation and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Cole’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate law, business and corporate law, tax consulting, commercial leasing, and general civil litigation matters. He is known for taking a thoughtful, strategic approach to every case, helping clients protect their assets, plan for the future, and confidently address legal challenges.

Cole earned an Associate’s Degree in Economic and Business Administration from Vincennes University before completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Southern Indiana. He further strengthened his business acumen by earning a Certificate in Leading in Finance from Harvard Business School before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. During law school, Cole gained valuable legal experience through internships with the Shur Law Firm in Cincinnati and the Knox County Prosecutor’s Office.

His work has included constitutional and appellate litigation, including involvement in Burkett v. Indiana High School Athletic Association, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex legal issues across multiple practice areas. Licensed to practice law in Indiana, Cole is committed to delivering the responsive, relationship-driven representation that defines Kirchoff & Jewel.

Outside the office, Cole remains actively involved in the community as a board member of Knox County Parks and Recreation and a member of the Board of Directors for Heaps of Jeeps. When he’s not practicing law, he enjoys riding dirt bikes and spending time outdoors.
